Watauga PARC: Preventing Alcohol Related Crashes

The Watauga County Community Advisory Panel (CAP) with the Strategic Prevention Framework-State Incentive Grant (SPF-SIG) is dedicated to reducing the number of alcohol related vehicular crashes and fatalities within Watauga County. It is our mission to assess Watauga County's residents' attitudes surrounding drinking and driving, build community partnerships, develop a strategic plan, implement that plan, and evaluate how well that plan worked in reducing drinking and driving. Overall, the CAP is trying to provide interventions for our community and local agencies to REDUCE the number of alcohol related vehicle crashes over the next 2 years. |
